NickLeff’s Masters Money Makers

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to NickLeff for this! Follow him on Twitter here - https://twitter.com/FNLeffler

No joke, Nick gave me a few golf tips specifically around hitting the driver off the tee and it helped my game so much. He's slowly becoming a modern day golf guru. If you want to talk golf, he's your guy.

Comment below who you think is going to win the green jacket this Sunday.

NickLeff’s Masters Money Makers

It has been 577 days since our favorite PGA Pros have graced the hallowed grounds of Augusta National Golf Club. This week the eyes of the sporting world turn toward Georgia to see if Sir Eldrick Woods can defend his Masters title from 2019. Before we get to the guaranteed winners* we must first discuss Tiger’s Masters Champions Dinner.

Dinner Grade: A-

Mr. Woods hit the proverbial ball out of the park with his selections. I mean you get to have sushi AND fajitas!? The only thing that could possibly make this dinner any better would be if it Tiger himself hand fed it to you. I would have given the dinner an A+ if it hadn’t been for the lackluster dessert. Don’t get me wrong, I have never said no to a churro or flan but past Champions, like Phil Mickelson, have blessed fellow PGA Players with apple empanadas topped with ice cream. Uh, yeah that’ll do Phil.

The Picks:

Bryson DeChambeau to win (+750)

Yes, I am aware this is an obvious bet, but you will be kicking yourself over and over if you don’t bet the hottest golfer on the face of the planet to win his second major of the year. Any normal player may suffer a Major hangover and not be able to bounce back after champagne chugging and pizza eating, but not Bryson. This man is a nerd of the highest order and I mean that as a massive compliment. He was in the lab working on new ways to turn his hips or a new grip that adds 1.6 MPH to his swing speed or something. This man is a freak and I will show him the respect he deserves.

Justin Thomas to win (+1300)

JT had a strong 2020 and looks to kick off the 2021 season with a bang and secure his first green jacket. He is also the exact same height and weight as I am so that has to mean he is going to win right?

Cameron Champ to win (+7000)

If you don’t know the name Cameron Champ you will know it soon. He was 2nd in average distance off the tee in 2020, only trailing Bryson by a tenth of a yard. We have seen what distance has done for Bryson. Champ is great value at +7000.

CT Pan to win (+75000)

Value. Value. Value.

Matthew Fitzpatrick Top 10 (+400)

The young Englishman has had a bit of a skid in 2021 however he is as poised as a 26 year old can possibly be. He has not missed a cut in the Masters since his first time at Augusta and looks to have a strong start to the 2021 Season.

Collin Morikawa to Lead after Round 1 (+3300)

Remember what I said about poise with Fitzy? Yeah, multiply that by about a thousand with Collin. The future of golf will not be scared by the bright lights of this Major.

Bubba Watson to Lead after Round 1 (+4000)

Simply put, this man lives for the Masters year in and year out. His unorthodox swing and big personality tend to shine in April. Let’s see what he can do in November.

Straight Forecast: 1. DeChambeau 2. Justin Thomas (+11500)

Doubling down here with Bryson and JT. Throw a couple bucks on here for a big pay out. If these two are in a final pairing on sunday hold on to your asses because there will be fireworks.

As always, Good Luck Have Fun.
